Fraser Garden Jailed for Fatal Broughty Ferry Crash

Fraser Garden received a 13-and-a-half-year jail sentence for causing the death of John Bell.
The vehicle travelled at 85mph in a 30mph zone moments before impact. John Bell, reportedly a 74-year-old great-grandfather, died as a result of the crash.
Garden's sentence was confirmed at 13 and a half years; another report indicated a 13-year and six-month term. The convicted driver possessed a significant criminal history, including 90 previous convictions.
