Yung Filly, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, will face a retrial on three rape charges in Australia.
Barrientos faced trial last month in the District Court of Western Australia, where a jury found him guilty of assaulting a woman, occasioning bodily harm.
Jurors could not decide on three other counts of sexual penetration without consent, leading to a scheduled retrial; prosecutors will now determine the next steps for those hung jury verdicts.
The alleged incidents occurred in 2024, following a performance at a Perth nightclub.
Barrientos has remained free on bail since his initial charging and received permission to return to Britain.
The retrial is set for September 25 in the District Court, with his next court appearance scheduled for August 27 for a bail variation application.
Prosecutors alleged Barrientos assaulted a 20-year-old woman in his hotel room while touring Australia in September 2024.
The prosecution argued the woman initially consented to sex but later withdrew that consent, fearing for her safety.
It is understood prosecutors also alleged the YouTuber turned violent, ignoring her cries to stop after consensual sex in his hotel room.
Separately, Barrientos reportedly faces a charge of cannabis possession and was arrested in Brisbane.
