White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt will step down at the end of the month.
Leavitt welcomed her second child approximately four months ago. The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel previously issued a memo concerning executive privilege over communications with private advisors.
Leavitt, a staunch advocate for President Donald Trump, assumed the role of White House press secretary at age 27, making her the youngest to hold the position. She has reportedly insisted that the United States was 'more affordable' under President Donald Trump.
Leavitt claims the country faces an existential threat from an increasingly extremist Democrat Party that seeks to destroy everything great about America. Trump further claims the Republican Party aims to defy historical trends and secure a conclusive victory in the Midterm Elections.
