Seven Charged After Trump Turnberry Vandalism

The alleged attack on the clubhouse and grounds occurred on March 8, 2025; police were called to the course at approximately 4:40 AM that day.

Palestine Action, the group whose protesters are accused of daubing pro-Palestinian graffiti, was proscribed under terrorism laws in Britain in July last year.

The U.S. designated Palestine Action a terrorist group on Wednesday.

Prosecutors have described the alleged offenses as having a "terrorist connection."

The indictment further claims the offense was aggravated under Section 31 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008, as amended by the Counter-Terrorism and Sentencing Act 2021, because it had a "terrorist connection."

Three members of the group also face accusations of attempting to defeat the ends of justice by using vehicles with false registration numbers.

Kieran Robson faces an additional allegation of committing the offense while on bail, granted on January 9, 2025.

The seven accused were due to appear at the High Court in Glasgow, but the hearing has been adjourned to October.

Defend Our Juries claims the accused could face "far longer prison sentences."

In June, four members of Palestine Action received longer jail terms for a raid on an Elbit factory that caused over £1 million in damage; the judge concluded a terrorism connection.

The Court of Appeal claims the group had "overtly promoted unlawful violence amounting to terrorism."
