Grealish Out of Everton Squad Amid Fitness and Disciplinary Questions
Attacking midfielder's absence from Newcastle match follows missed training and conflicting reports on his condition.

Jack Grealish has been excluded from Everton's squad for their Premier League match against Newcastle.
David Moyes confirmed Grealish was 'not match fit' for the second clash with Newcastle. The 31-year-old midfielder continues to build fitness after his exclusion from Moyes' Carabao Cup squad, having reportedly missed the previous weekend’s defeat by Arsenal through illness.
Unconfirmed reports indicate Grealish spent two nights boozing in a pub and karaoke bar just days before his removal from the squad. He was reportedly 'incensed' and 'incandescent' after failing to report for training.
Everton does not yet consider this week’s misdemeanour to be the proverbial 'Last Chance Saloon' for Grealish. The club continues to assess his situation.
In team news, Jarrad Branthwaite returns to the Everton side. Harrison Armstrong and James Garner are understood to be starting in midfield.
Thierno Barry scored the only goal of the Carabao Cup match. Tyrique George signed permanently from Chelsea for £24m after a loan spell.
