A woman is experiencing persistent harassment from her neighbour, a situation that has reportedly spanned a 10-month period.
The conflict centers on allegations of aggressive behavior, including a neighbor repeatedly shouting at a woman's dogs to 'shut up' and muttering 'f*ing dogs' whenever the pets are outside.
This vocal opposition coincides with the woman's dogs undergoing training, a period that occasionally results in barking.
Beyond the verbal confrontations, the neighbor allegedly threw objects and rocks through gaps in the shared fence; the woman claims his children were involved in throwing rocks while her small dogs were nearby.
The woman asked the neighbor's children's mother to intervene and stop them from throwing rocks.
A significant point of contention involves multiple incidents where a clear liquid sprayed the woman and her dogs in her own garden; following one such event, the neighbor claimed to police it had simply been his children playing with water.
Months later, a similar event occurred, with the neighbor reportedly insisting he had only been emptying pool water, despite knowing the woman and her dogs stood on the other side of the fence.
The woman claims the neighbor began harassing both her and her dogs for simply using their own garden, a pattern of behavior that intensified the ongoing friction.

I genuinely try to be considerate. Their noise doesn't bother me - it's their attitude that they can be loud but I can't.

The woman
She filed one official report with the police regarding the ongoing harassment; officers reportedly visited the property after her report, but the neighbor did not answer the door.
Adding to the landscape of the dispute, the neighbor constructed a patio a foot from their shared fence, a structural alteration that further encroaches on the shared boundary.
Despite an apparent agreement to cease throwing objects, the woman claims that days later, the neighbor's children were again throwing rocks.
