Former X Factor Finalist Denies Murder Charge in Soho Incident
Gabrielle Carrington faces trial for the death of Klaudia Zakrzewska and grievous bodily harm to Anoush Chyche after April collision.

Gabrielle Carrington denied murdering Klaudia Zakrzewska by running her over with a car.
She also denied a second charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to security guard Anoush Chyche.
The incident unfolded outside Inca nightclub in Argyll Street, Soho, London, at 04:30 BST on 19 April.
Klaudia Zakrzewska succumbed to her injuries six days after being struck. Anoush Chyche sustained 'life-changing injuries' in the same collision.
Carrington also faces a charge of grievous bodily harm with intent concerning Chyche, the second alleged victim.
The prosecution asserts Carrington struck Zakrzewska after re-entering her car and sharply mounting the pavement. The vehicle then reportedly struck Chyche, also on the pavement; as it reversed, Zakrzewska lay prone under the vehicle.
Carrington arrived in Argyll Street in her car, initiating a row with a male as she exited the vehicle. The altercation escalated, drawing in more people and prompting security intervention.

Gabrielle Carrington stated, "As I’m not represented, I am happy to give a plea today even though I am not represented." She also expressed the personal toll of the proceedings, stating, "This is my life. This is the toughest decision I have to make."
Carrington registered 61 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath when tested after the incident. She was not asked to enter a plea to a third charge of driving with excess alcohol.
The trial is scheduled for the Old Bailey, commencing 5 January.
