Three brothers were sentenced today for a years-long conspiracy of rape, sex trafficking, and sexual exploitation.
The brothers have remained without bail since their 2024 arrest. During the trial, eleven women delivered testimony detailing how the brothers drugged, assaulted, and raped them.
Prosecutors claim at least 70 women were raped or sexually assaulted by the men. The trial meticulously documented sexual assaults committed in Miami, New York, the Hamptons, Aspen, Colorado, and aboard a Caribbean cruise.

Every second that Tal raped me in that shower felt like an eternity of terror.

Victim
One victim described the ordeal: "Every second that Tal raped me in that shower felt like an eternity of terror." Another victim recounted her experience: "What looked like a beautiful place became for me a mansion of horror, a mansion of dark secrets."
Prosecutors contend the defendants felt empowered to seize whatever they desired from any woman or girl who agreed to board a plane, attend a party, or sit at their nightclub table. They further claim the defendants made no effort to engage in consensual sex, instead slipping drugs into drinks and forcing themselves upon victims.
Defense lawyers, however, argued the sex was consensual. They maintained the brothers were womanizers, not sexual abusers.
Defense Lawyers indicated that The brothers apologize to the women they insulted or offended for conduct they admit was 'insensitive toward the feelings of certain women at certain times,' yet also claim the brothers maintained their innocence.
The brothers' lawyers pushed for the lowest possible sentence of 15 years. They claim the brothers apologize to the women they insulted or offended for conduct they admit was 'insensitive toward the feelings of certain women at certain times,' yet also claim the brothers maintained their innocence.
The brothers' parents had previously submitted character statements pleading with the judge for lighter sentences. Deanna Paul claims the brothers had urged their parents to avoid sentencing to spare them the anguish of witnessing their sons receive lengthy prison terms.
Alon Alexander managed the family's private security company. The brothers' real estate careers included working for Douglas Elliman and founding their own firm, Official.
The brothers reportedly relocated from Florida to New York in 2008.
